At Kala Brand Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, tags, and accessories to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
